If you work for a decent employer then, yes, they would recognise your loyalty with some sort of gift and presentation. As I've mentioned before it's the recognition, rather than the money, which should be the issue here.

Of course not but we are talking in the normal scheme of things here, not the realms of fantasy.
As far as I'm aware Murty hasn't been the type of player who has been continuously badgering the club for a better deal and had his agent out trying to stir up interest amongst other clubs, in an attempt to secure a lucrative sequence of moves between clubs.
Instead he appears to have recognised that he has been getting a fair deal from RFC and has been more than happy to concentrate on giving his best to the team and club. I call that loyalty and believe it should be recognised.
