My first song attempt

by roland* » 01 Dec 2006 14:23

The original;

"Stars shining bright above you
Night breezes seem to whisper "I love you"
Birds singin' in the sycamore tree
Dream a little dream of me

Say nighty-night and kiss me
Just hold me tight and tell me you'll miss me
While I'm alone and blue as can be
Dream a little dream of me"

Transformed into a relevant song, thus;

"Lights shining bright above you,
Steve Coppell it’s true that we love you,
Royals playing at fortress madejski,
So go win another game for me

Stuff Mourinho and Mark Mcghee
Just stand and fight and listen to Murty,
While I'm white and blue, hooped as can be
Go win another game for me."

Let the slating commence.... 8)

The last few hundred have made me cringe.

I keep saying we should have a song forum!

Then all the people who want to sing songs can look in there and we can get rid of all the dross!

Were the footballers in blue hoops
Everybody live for the football-go-round

Bright lights the skills gets faster
Look boy, dont check on your back
Not another glance
Im leaving now, you lost your a chance

Hot-shot, give me no problems
Much later baby youll be saying never mind
You know football is cruel, football is never kind

Kind hearts dont make a new story
Kind hearts dont grab any glory

were the kit
were the kit
were the kit in blue and white hoops called reading

nananananananan ana nanana
