Just checked who's offering what;

Betdaq 32:1
Betfair 28:1
Skybet 26:1
Betfred 26:1
Bet365 21:1
Ladbrokes 21:1
Blue Sq 17:1
Coral 15:1

I know it's not as good as what some were getting a few weeks back, but 32:1 looks like very good value for money to me still :wink:

Sharpy i backed kitson :roll:

Same here.
For a few minutes during the 'Boro game I thought my £20e.w at 150/1 was a decent bet.
Then that ba****d Riggott came clattering in from behind and didn't we just know that he would be out for ages?
Well done to Kevin Doyle though and good luck to you loyal Royal punters.

It'll get tougher as the opposition defence learn how to defend against him ;)

Royal Jelly I managed to get 25-1 for top scorer with a 16 goal handicap, but then Kanu has only got a 14 goal handicap, so I could do withough him getting too many.

and I got on us to win the league with a handicap of 48 at 15-1, just keeping everything crossed now so I can afford that trip to the nou camp.

When / Where did you manage to get that - surely not in the last few days?

Sadly not, this was back at the beginning of August, I'd like to say it was an inspired prediction, but in truth I had £20 in a paddy power account I couldn't be bothered to withdraw.

At the start of the season I bet £10 each way for Doyle top scorer at 200/1.

So if he finishes top 4 = £500, wins it = £2,500.

Lost my login for Paddy Power though - may have to start looking soon!

I feel my £100 is safe.

Are you sure you have your maths right?

If its top 4 and 1/4 the odds then yes:

£10 @ 200/1 to win = £2,000
£10 @ 200/1/4 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th = £10 @ 50/1 - £500

Thus:

1st = Win + Place = £2,000 + £500 = £2,500
2nd, 3rd or 4th = Place = £500

Thanks - Just managed to unlock my account and got the pleasant surprise that I backed Doyle even heavier at £15 each way n :D
