Successful performance is not just about the body it also involves the mind. What techniques do you use with the players to improve performance? Which player do you need to work with most on a one-to-one basis?

Jon,

Do you ever think that sports science will help us to find a boy, that one day, can swim faster than a shark?

Jon,

I hear that your nickname is 'tea-bagger' as you always pinch the last teabag when on the road.

Which Reading player has the funniest nickname?

Jon,

As an ex Wimbledon player, where do you stand on the current MK Dons/AFC Wimbledon issue. Interesting to note your not a member of the WOPA (Wimbledon Old Players Association) which was set up by AFC fans to reclaim the history of Wimbledon FC for the AFC fans, but Wally Downes is.

Given that you skipped university, preferring to learn the ins and outs of sports science on the set of Roseanne, do you not think it would be more professional to concentrate more on RFC than continually lending your voice to CGI animated movies?

and...

Bearing in mind the only sporting experience you have is Ten Pin Bowling in the Big Lebowski, how is a lard-arse like you even qualified to talk about sports science anyway?
