Hughesy and Kitson. Both willing to chat and to make an effort to keep fans happy.

John Salako always seemed willing to talk to fans, we saw him at portsmouth and he came over and had a chat, he still speaks very highly of Reading on sky.

Gordons Cumming As Doyle and Hunt have just signed extended contracts and JM has described them as "nice lads" which Reading players who you've met in the past can be classed as "nice"?

either murts or hunty to be honest, but they all seem nicer than most players lol "reading a nice team"

reading_fan I remember having a long chat with Keith McPherson at the EP Open Day, just before it was due to be demolished, he was a nice guy.

Of the few of the current crop I've spoken to Murts is a top guy, as you'd expect

Likewise with Macca. Ray Houghton and Nicky Hammond were also very good with my son as was Mad Dog (although TBH we already knew him through his son playing in the same junior football league as mine). Dare I say Robin Friday? More recently Steve Mautone, Archie Lovell, Nicky Forster, Parky, Jamie Ashdown, Ivar and Sidders.

TBH I think most of the current squad are likely to be nice as Sir Steve seems to look for and expect that in his players.

I have also met Shane Long and Doyle in Risa on the night when we won the Championship title.

Shane Long was more than happy for us to take photos of him. Got him involved with a bit of dancing aswell.

Doyle was alrite aswell, but he looked pissed off his face, said a few words to me but i couldn't understand what he was saying as i was pissed and also his irish accent. Was prob telling me to f off and leave him alone.

But both were quality.

Shaka and Archie were both good guys. Stuart Beavon is my all time favourite though, he is one of the world's gooduns (largely because he used to buy me lots of beer!).

Most miserable, thick cnut has to be Sidders.

My lad tried to get his autograph in the hotel after the match last week and was told "he doesn't want to be disturbed". His guest however (Bobby Zamora) was more than happy to sign a few autographs.

Stephen Hunt always has time for a chat.
