near the cricket ground, which is right next door to the tram station. I didnt see this pub last time i walked from the tram station for the league game so i assume it's around the other side from the tram station.

its only a 10-15 min walk to OT from the tram station so I assume Quadrant is similar distance.

Yankee Royal is coming over from the USA for this game and is eager to meet up with as many supporters as poss.

If many are going to Quadrant I will suggest to Yankee Royal.

Yes he is aware that we may not play our full strength side!

I think he is putting to shame many that are going to watch it on TV!

Will head along to the quadrant aswell if that's where we're gonna have a strong contingent.

Anyone know what it's like getting away from the ground? Am on the 20.17 train back to euston, and starting to panic we'll miss it...

I'm certainly not putting anyone to shame by my little visit- its kind of "plastic" as you guys say in some regard, as I was drawn by the allure of OT

Either way, I'm looking forward to meeting up with some of you at the quadrant, having a pint or three before the match!

You should be fine, for the league match I got back to Manchester Picadilly at about 6 o'clock, I used the train service to Old Trafford Halt.

After the OT match in December me & bros got an unlicenced taxi back to the station for a tenner, outside the indusrial estate, by the ground - i think it had a DFS there. Saved that walk thats for sure
