How To Check Royalty Points?

by Luke-RFC » 15 Feb 2007 21:19

I'm not sure if this is in the the right section or if there has already been a thread about it, but i'll carry on anyway.

Does anyone know if there is any way to check royalty points online and if so, how to do it?

Thanks.

Yes, very easy to do.

Reading FC Online Ticketing: https://www.reading.talentarena.co.uk/

Enter your customer number, password (your postcode by default, can be changed), then "Check Royalty Points".

Hmmm... Not quite sure what has happened here, I entered my postcode and it said incorrect, then I checked it, did it again, still, it didn't work, then i tried to send a password hint to my email and it said "email address not found".

Any idea what's happened there?

Have you tried putting your postcode all in capitals and without a space?

I might sound a bit patronising here - but I had problems with it before and gave up putting in my email address and just put in my customer number.

Another time I just had to do the opposite email address as customer number wouldn't work.

Expect I have been of no use at all - but thought i would share the wealth so to speak!

Ooh this is my 150th posting! Do I get a plaque that says "You're not such a newbie any more" or something?

To logon to the Reading FC online ticketing system and view your online order history you must first be registered to use the Reading FC website at http://www.readingfc.com.

You must then use a different login to access the Reading FC online ticketing system and view your online order history.

Your customer number will always work even if you have previously setup an email address specifically for the online ticketing system.

Your postcode without spaces (I can't remember if uppercase or lowercase matters) will work the first time you logon to the ticketing system and until you change your password.

Once you have logged on you can change your details to enter an email and change your password.

Once you have entered an email address you can logon to the online ticketing system using your customer number or your email address.

Once you have changed your password then only the password will work and your postcode will not work.

If you thought that was complicated then try getting a user id and PIN from the Inland Revenue for self-assessment.
