A good time to play Pompey it would seem(from Prem league site);

Defender Noe Pamarot is the latest addition to Portsmouth's injury worries ahead of Saturday's Barclays Premiership match at Reading.
The Frenchman, who has played only four games since tearing a groin muscle on New Year’s Day, complained of back trouble in Pompey’s first training session since returning from a six-day break in Dubai.

Portsmouth have won just one of their last seven games, enabling newly-promoted Reading to leapfrog them in the race for a place in next season’s UEFA Cup.

Pompey also expect to also be without thigh injury victim Lauren and midfielder Pedro Mendes, who now looks set to miss the rest of the season with ankle damage.

And Pompey’s options have been further reduced with Sean Davis suspended after picking up his fifth booking of the season in the 3-0 defeat at Blackburn Rovers two weeks ago.
I can feel a 3-1 to urzz coming on.(Kits,Sid and Leroy)

Royals 2-1 Portsmouth
Lita---------Taylor
Doyle

Royals to go one down before half time through another wonder strike from Taylor. In the second half royals to come out strong, Lita to score not long after half time and Doyle to score a winner in the last 5 mins.

Coppelled Streets a bell ringing pillock in the away end

When i went on a tour of the Madejski about this time last year, i was told that we are the only stadium in england that wont let this bell-ringer in because they think the bell is a violent instrument :? don't know whether they've changed the rules though.

any way.... Reading 3-2 Portsmouth (Lita,Kitson,Long)

Thanks for the info, Im really pleased if that is the case as I was not looking forward to listening to that for the whole game.

Should be banned at ALL grounds.

Nothing would please me more than seeing said bell confiscated on Saturday. The mute button on my remote is worn out through having to push it during so many editions of Match of the Day.

3-1 Reading

All confidence and cohesion has gone out of Portsmouth - their season is finished now and 'Arry has lost the magic he had at the start of the season (or at least that's what their own fans are saying).

Big Ern This one has 0 - 0 written all over it.

Can't see it somehow, the nil nil at Watford was in my opinion a hang over from Newcastle and I cant see both teams keeping a clean sheet on this occasion.

With that said I'm going for 1:1

Whilst they are on a dodgy run (like us) we always seem to struggle against the idiots from Portsmouth, particulary at Fratton Park.

Likewise our record against them at home isn't the best either, I remember lot's of dross served up in the late 90's.

Bit of bogey team for us, I think we'll be lucky to secure a 1-1 draw.

I reckon we've got enough about us to turn Pompey over. Surely we can't allow 2 consecutive teams to do the double over us.

I say 2-0 Gunnarson (will start instead of Harps) and Lita.

I thought the reason the Bell Ringer didn't get in last time was because he was too pissed or was that just an excuse to save us from his antics :)
