They had Prem Plus in the concourse yesterday. What's going on? I swear the never used to! And if so, I would have thought the Jazz Club would follow suit? :?

Yep, Prem Plus is in the Hotel. I tried Jazz first but as they did not have it I soon moved on.

Unfortunately the bar service is not as good as The Jazz.

The staff that have been there for a while are pretty good - its the newbies who are a bit clueless.

Are we talking Hotel or Jazz?

In my experience Jazz absolutely no problems, if though you are talking Hotel=absolute Oxford!!! Not a clue, very similar problem to concourse!

Jazz is first class for service. Quick as is physically possible, you won't be waiting too long for a beer in there trust me. And what's more, the girls are bloody good to look at as well!

Couldn't agree more - the standard has been fantastic since I started going in there 5 years ago. It's all about Shannon IMO.
