STAR Webmaster We don't encourage and publicise this as the online method costs us money per transaction. Online membership was primarily setup for exiles abroad wishing to join STAR.
We're currently looking into a better way to accept membership online that won't eat up the membership fee but would prefer for now that those who are able to join in person or through a cheque in the post do it that way.
