Those boys @ Wiki sure are fast! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reading_F.C.#Current_first_team_squad

Oh and I think this could be a decent signing. I completely trust any decision made by Sir Steve and the back room staff.

Oh and one last thing. Don't let his lack of goals worry you. We have strikers capable of doing that job.

Skyline
Hoop Blah As I said I'm talking of local as being British/Irish

I'm curious as to how someone from the Republic of Ireland is more 'local' than someone from France. They're both from foreign countries, and Paris is closer to Reading than Dublin is.

(Damn, ScottishRoyal managed to quote my previous version of this message, which was a lot more bitter sounding than I intended).

what a stupid question,

apart from the fact that most of france is further away than ireland, making it less local

and thats on top of the fact that we have obvious links with ireland being that we used to own it in our own special imperial way.

As we did with large chunks of France at one time. So does that make someone from Brittany 'local'? They're certainly a lot close than most of Ireland.

I'm long past questioning Coppell's decisions.

no, completely the opposite u tw@t

thats like saying that australia is as local as germany, cos they are both foreign countries
and that statement is also wrong.
th epoint is one is more local than the next.

if you are trying to assign who is more local than the other, then yes, a rough estimation of how far they live away is a prerequisite.

and yes, brittany used to be owned by england, and so by definition is probably about as local as dublin.
(and "large chunks " of france is probably pushing it,
just brittany then really, )

Kaka would be great, but I fear his wages would cripple us.

Played for Mali in FIFA 2003 World Youth Championships, where they beat uzbekistan and lost to spain and argentina. Kalifa played half the game against Uz, dropped for the game against spain (for who Sergio Garcia scored!?) and played full match against argentina.
