I think the success bell has really started to ring for him.

I hope he has a nice girlfriend, and the success doesn't go to his head so that he'll "punch her"

his rise to fame has been almost automatic, all his saves are to the manual

hes treading the right road to success, and is picking up speed, he just needs steering in the right direction

I guess Federici might prove to be a 'Kwik Fit' into the socceroos squad.

That's if he's not too exhausted after a long season!

Still, a great chance to get into his 'National' team - it's been a 'Goodyear' for him.

Just as well that he signed for us, rather than the 'Eagle's or some 'Continental' team.

Now look, Shorey it's not fair to squeeze several Litas of other players names into the joke? It'll clearly be a Long time until the wheel gags stop but we don't need to Hunt for poor puns to Convey our message - we should keep Harper n'eye on the original subject, have a Little respect and stay out of the Murty waters of tangent. These digressions should Cisse or we'll make a complete Halls up of the board, Doyle be bound.

Reprimand accepted - let's get back to the 'hub' of the matter and not go 'nuts' about this. 'Brace' yourselves........

I'm a bit shy to post on a zany thread like this.
However watching the Australia v Uruguay news highlights on t.v. this evening at the pub I was amazed to see the most blatant error by the Australian goalkeeper and noted he was not a tall fella, and I thought No it couldn't be the Fed. Thank God it wasn't, he was the substitute goalie looking on for this one.

Wished Fed had have been in goal.

Was at the game and it ended up being a bit tasty for a friendly with a few meaty challenge thrown about. Fed didn't get on but Brad Jones (from Boro' I believe) made an absolute clanger by dropping the ball from a tame cross for Uruguay to score the winner!

This Jones dude must be pretty good to get the nod over Fed.
I'd now be very interested to see if Fed gets the no 1 spot.
Feel sorry for anyone making such a blunder, but Adam must
be looking good now for a start.

p.s.
How times haves changed. I recall watching Middlesborough
playing Australia at the S.C.G. in the seventies. Middlesborough
massacred Australia, can't remember the score but must've been
6-0 or so. [ memory fading]
