Daniella Milan for me. Good attacking side, enjoy possesion of the ball and enjoy scoring proper goals. Liverpool will go into the game hugely defensive playing 4-5-1 with 10 men behidn the ball. The gameplan is to get gerrard within range so he can attempt a 30 yarder, if that fails penalties will do.

What formation did United play in Milan?

Maguire Milan, but I don't care really.

The CL is a big old farce and it's ruined beyond redemption now anyway, so who cares if a side wins it who haven't been champions of their own country in as long as I can even remember.

Milan to win 3-1.

4 of the last 8 CLs have been won by sides that have also won their leagues in that season. This whole 'tournament devalued' thing has been invented by jealous supporters of other British teams.

Fukk me - Liverpool are a nothing club living on past glories. Not sure how I, a Reading fan, has jealousy as a motiviation when I would have had no issue with chelsea winning it.

past glories?

they won the CL two years ago ffs. (ps no idea of how they'll do tonight, but beaten finalist is sort of OK too.)

Chelsea and Man U would die for such a record.

Even Rick Parry admitted they'd rather win the Premiership. A competition Manchester United have won 9 times since 1993. Real champions.

If Milan win, no one will be muttering about the third place team in a domestic league winning the Champs League. It'll all be "best team in Europe" etc, etc

apart from those that remember when it was a real cup worth winning for more than financial reasons.

Did anyone else watch (and listen) to this on ITV and thank god it is virtually the only game in the season they show?

Nope - Sky Sports all the way. Watching football on ITV is as enjoyable as having your wisdom teeth removed.

Watched both FA Cup and CL Final tonight on Sky, coverage is much better than ITV/BBC.

Dunno about Chelsea and Man Utd, but 39 Juve fans did.
