SpaceCruiser Interesting thread this. I have had experience of a membership card that failed. I found I couldn't get into the stadium even though I had paid. The person in the red bib outside the turnstile took that away and I had a new one mailed to me. No charge at all, I think!

B16 Mine stopped working one game last season so I spoke to one of the guys in red outside the gates, who let me in, took my details and gave them to the club who sent me a replacement free. So just wait til it wont let you in and you can get a free one then.

Let's hope all those people that forked out £10 last season for a new Barclays Premiership card aren't too disappointed that they've changed the name to Barclays Premier League.
