Handsome Man 'I'm not the kind of striker who scores goals'
Jim McIntyre is our worst ever striker by miles. Ended up shoved on the wing, and not exactly busting a gut for us in the play-off final.
Scrappy Rougier was pretty bad to be concidered a striker. IIRC he only got the 1!

Skyline In case anyone is wavering about voting for Brayson, please remember that Ian Richardson scored more goals for us (2) in five games whilst playing for Notts County than Brayson did in 48 games whilst playing for Reading.

True but the fact he scored more for us than Brayson AND scored that goal against Bradford means he doesn't win this competition.

When compared to a striker who managed to go an ENTIRE SEASON without scoring despite playing most games that is absolutley laughable.
There is only 1 answer to this poll and it is Brayson. Anyone who voted differently is deluded, mad or on a wind-up.

Paul Brayson comes under deluded. He thought he was a striker.
Does anyone else remember just sitting watching and waiting for him to miss as he would burst clear of a defence and go one on one with a keeper? I seem to remember after a while noone expected him to score no matter what position he got into. We all jsut knew what was happening so didn't waste the energy getting excited.

SpaceCruiser Funny you should say that, every time he did that I was thinking "Come on, score, you son of a bitch!"

ChunkyMonkey Colin Gordon
Had the unenviable job of trying to take over from that man Trevor (god) Senior when he left the first time.
He was what the word 'Donkey' was originally invented for
