Nope but I got straight through on the 'phone this morning to buy 2 adjacent seats for the wife and son.

Does sound like they're starting to run out of seats apart from in the front few rows.

Vast numbers of season tickets still available if you're wanting one. Most of which are in the front rows, north especially.

shadesrwrf Couple of friends have been very suprised at how easily they've been able to get hold of season tickets in Y25. Doesn't seem the demand is that great.

thats the beauty of the points system

people with loads of points already have season tickets

people with no points can't get them yet

which means it is easy for those in the appropriate points bracket to get them

Sounds reasonable. Fair play to RFC if that's indeed the case.

Managed to get two (together) yesterday. Less than 100 points.

Sold out as in' you can't buy them anymore' I guess !
Stand by for reports of hundreds of empty seats at every home game though !!
Actually I think that problem will have been greatly reduced this season....

Well sold out and Reading TO sold out are different things.

The ticket offices' version of Sold out just means you can't buy two seats together seemingly.

Schards#2 Given the complete absence of any rush to buy up available season tickets, I wonder if the club will reflect on the decision to extend the stadium.

Given that there's hardly any left, with no sign of them getting to general sale (meaning that very few new fans stand a chance of getting one) I would suggest a typical reflection from the boardroom might go something like this.................

"Bollox! If only he we had a bigger stadium we could make a few quid here!"

On another thread I had much maligned the TO on the points system this year for allocating STs. I wish to put it on record that I was wrong; it seems they have got it just about right. Very well done guys... and sorry!

Anyone still buying? Points requirement down to 21 today and only 5 tomorrow (5 is an unused member card isn't it?).

Be interested to know if we've 'sold out'.
