Pity about Cisse's booking because he was seriously dominating the midfield before. A bit tentative since, but still great to watch. Also, Johnny O can play every week as far as I'm concerned, if he'll get as involved as this. Dream start to this game. Keep it up, boys!

Sky has this to say on their online commentary:
HT - Reading 1 Chelsea 0: Mike Dean brings to an end a tough first 45 minutes. Reading are so far full value for their slender lead. You can't help but think Jose won't be too happy with the efforts of his players.

So...Reading is winning, not because we're playing well, but because Chelsea is playing like shite? Of course...that MUST be it. WE couldn't be winning against Chelsea unless something was wrong with Chelsea. FFS.

Our wings have been fantastic, really attacking, exactly what we needed even if I do say so myself. we were a bit loose to start with, but the confidence is up now.

Calm down. It doesn't imply we haven't played well at all. :D

To be fair, for championship contenders they have been pretty poor. Not taking anything away from us though

Sorry, i'm local so listening on the wireless.

Mick Gooding reckons we could of had 4 with the Oster chance and a couple where he should of gone on.

He's hoping it doesn't come back to haunt us.

Btw, if the results finish as they are we'll be above all of the "big 4"

Yes, i know Arsenal and Liverpool aren't playing league games this week.

We are running one of the best teams in the world off the pitch! Then again, maybe WE are one of the best teams in the world now! Ok, I know, they are not at full strength, we are at home and are playing fantastic. Let's keep it up in the second half and get the three points!!!

Ok, maybe I'm a bit touchy...but it seems to always be about Jose and not about Steve. Credit where it's due and all that...at least mention the winning manager at the half?

Doyle in an offside position when Ingimarsson headed accross goal. No doubt they'll claim he was interfering with play, but he wasn't. Only the Chelsea defence were interfering.
