Skin Booing opposition players and officials has to be 1000,000 x better than booing any of our own players.

Anyway, re the Everton team not kicking the ball out for Oster, don't you think that Everton were aware of his injury and wanted to take advantage against 10 men?

Drive On There never has been a rule change regarding stopping play for an injury. If serious or head injury then they will stop but no other reason for this. If a player falls over a blade of grass and twists his ankle, deal with it.
I regularly referee kids football and same rules apply. I had no issue with Everton playing on although most of the East Stand around me did.
