Coppelled Streets Is it not looking good for little Bobby?

Practically begging to be involved against Chelsea and not even on the bench, nothing against Everton either.

Now off to America for an international he isn't fit for.

I wonder if his days here are numbered.

I Must have imagined him coming on for hunt against everton then.
He looked fit but a bit off the pace though

Yep nothing, apart from him making his first apperance in a Reading shirt when coming on for the last 10mins or so.

Did he? I was painting at the time. Good, and about time. Now just needs to kick on and prove his worth!

One of the worst posts I've seen for a while from Jay. Filled with inaccuracies and bizarre logic.

Behindu Are they just referring to him as 'the trialist' ? Is a bit bizarre if they are !

Not surprising though tbh, openly coming out with the name of a player we have on trial would just alert other clubs of the players availability and push up his wages if a bidding war was to ensue (presuming he breaks the mould of trialists and is actually worth taking on!).

Indeed, i would have thought anyone who needs to be given a trial is unlikely to already have a club or command a fee !

He's either a young foreigner trying his luck or an old pro who was released last summer and is still trying to find a club.

He won;t be a current French international !
So. clearly, it's Zidane, then. Nice pick, I'd think. Might work his way into the first 11 eventually.

Stooper Must be confident of signing him if they're talking about him on the text service

They talk about trialists all the time.

It doesn't mean we're going to sign him.

It's your standard Jay post - just file under "ignore" like all the others.

Perhaps Chelsea offered us Sidwell back on loan, but we're not sure if he's still good enough after his performance last Wednesday?

Some important questions arise:

1. Why were we playing Blackburn ? That's a long drive for a behind the scenes friendly. Were none of the 60 or 70 clubs that are nearer able to get a side together ?

2. How much can you tell about a trialist in 30 minutes ? Why did he not start the game ? Was it more important to see Bozanic for an hour than the man of mystery ?

1) Other teams organised other friendlies, issues due to U-21 games and the international week?

2) Because its Zidane, innit?
