Nicky, My cousin is looking for a club, Any chance of signing him? He's been out of the game since being released by Southampton but can still do a job.

George Weah, message posted on his behalf by a Liberal Libran Liberian Librarian.

Nicky, Do you watch the Brazilian league on Satellite TV at all, bearing in mind Middlesbourgh signed Juniniho in the recommendation of a fan who used to follow the league.

We all know what a great team spirit and work ethnic we have here at Reading. We all agree with Coppell to try to keep the main players together. Also you do a lot of scouting work etc. Have you ever been 'slightly' disappointed we might of missed out on someone because it doesn't fit into Coppell's criteria?

*I'm not slating Coppell just wanted to know your views*

Nicky

If we don't sign some outstanding players that can generate excitement among the supporters before the window closes then I'm giving my ST back and it will be all your fault.

PS - Red or blue bounties

PPS - Helium or tight trousers?

Waste of time that question. Regardless of how he might actually feel, he'll just toe the party line.

Do you enjoy the role that you have now more than you ever did playing or would you rather be playing?

Alan Alda - via Aldis Lamp

How much of you time is spent involved with the Academy, how much with scouting, how much with players contracts and how much running messages between SC and the board?

Nicky, did Arsenal approach you, if so, what did you say?, and if not, how tempted would you be if Arsenal did seriously approach you for the DOF job there?

Nicholas,

I hear that you have a small cock and find it increasingly difficult to hit the target.
Have you been to a doctor or relationship manager who suggested a new technique or presciption drugs?

If so, this would be remarkable as an anagram of your name is INCH SMAL MANHOOD

Cheers then
Cheery

Have you ever considered crashing a rocket car as a means of increasing your public profile? It worked for Richard Hammond and I might even re-release Rocket Man in your honour.

Nicky,

Do you find it easier to sign players now that Primark, TK Maxx and Matalan all have Reading stores?

Nicky

If Glen is going to be out for 2/3 months more (and on top of that his injury record over the last two seasons is not great) will Reading be looking for a replacement or just rely on Seol and Oster?

Do we pay the lowest wages in the Premiership?

Do you think that Lita and Shoreys refusal to sign new conteracts is down to money?

Are yuo concerned that we may lose players in the long term with our current wage structure?

Nicky, As a former goalkeeper and accademy director, Do you feel the best way for a goalkeeper to improve is though playing regularly?

Regards
Larry the lamb lover, Bagshot

All positions other than that of goalkeeper see players rested or dropped for tactical reasons whereas a goalkeeper either has to be injured or terribly off form to lose their shirt. Don't you think it's time we introduced goalkeeper rotation?

What's your favourite Elvis song and why?

Do you agree with me that theres an obvious link between the lack of independent cinema's like the old ABC cinema in Reading and the shortage of world class English footballers being produced? If so, what do you intend to do about it?

Regards
Roy Smith, Reading

Can you divulge the name of players we failed to sign in the past few seasons who are no longer targets?
Regards
Christopher Biggins, Biggin Hill

Greg Halford - What was that all about?

Greg Halford, Sunderland

Have the training/accademy facilities improved as a result of the Premier League cash injection?

Marcus reportedly wears red contact lenses, Drinks red bull and probably has fancy gloves with carbon fibre in them.... Do you think any of this would have been beneficial in your day?
