If hanging around with his own countrymen was more important than him working hard to get back into the first team then he had a major attitude problem and I'd say good riddance.
Wrong attitude, glad we got rid of him.

Not sure that would have been the case because the subject of the Korean community in New Malden kept cropping up even when he was in the team.
