Agree - good move by the club - it will speed up the home games selling up with access to more members.

I'm sure that they already have thousands of dormant members on their books.
Reducing the price of the tickets themselves might have more effect on sales. Trouble is they can't do that for fear of upsetting the season ticket holders that they have already bled a fortune from.

Nail hit firmly on the head, ST holders are guaranteed their seat at every game, one day they will suss it out and charge more for this privilige.
On this finr portal we often have folk going on about how they got a cheap late deal, thats the way football will go, better to fill those seats at £10 than to have them empty, is just a matter of sussing out how.

Behindu If sales were still on Royalty points basis then there would still be a guaranteed seat for a STH so absolutley no incentive to pay more than for a match ticket....
