BBC says

Reading make two changes from the team that lost to Sunderland, Kevin Doyle replacing Leroy Lita up front and Michael Duberry returning to the defence.

OS swaps Fae for Cisse.

Can we take Lita's absence as a sign that the management might not be impressed with his complete inability to remain on his feet when the ball is passed to him with his back to goal?

Maybe they've got bored with Lita's embarrassing efforts of the last couple of weeks.

I really don't know what Bikey has to do to become 1st choice central defender. He has clearly been our best this season, even the stats shows him as having a brillient season, yet out he goes again.
