.:BigDaveInTheDungeon:. we're cetainly having better go of it ths half, we need to be more attacking against teams like this anyway instead of trying to defend at the kick off.

Nail squarely on head! Please point this out to SC.

With the exception of our home game v Arsenal, attacking teams, rather than trying to defend was one of the main reasons we did so well last season and was something the pundits were continually pointing out and praising.

Royal Lady 4-1 Blackburn Pen

Did USA get anywhere near it?

Why the feck can we not defend away from home?

Is it because other teams know we are fragile when attacked and have no pace with which to threaten on the break?

Or are we just shite?

How many goals had Blackburn scored at home before today?

I think there's an answer within an answer there!

Whats all this crap about us coming back into it in the second half? who cares FFS we're 4-1 down.
There are no positives to take from a spanking like this, so please stop being so tiresome. Its the same story every week, we've been outplayed and battered, jsut because there's a little peroid when the opposition know the games wrapped up and we create a chance or two does not mean we are " coming back into it". Jeez.

koran According to the BBC statistics we are coming into the game more. Is that the case?

We have had 12 shots against their 10 (OK OK, I know 3 of their's went in!) and 7 corners against their 4

Doesn't seem like a 3-0 game.

little bit too late

It's just so infuriating - no doubt we'll blame the international games and the travelling.

Genius. Hadn't heard that before, but it makes perfect sense to me.

I hope not. They must have effect, but I don't think that's the reason for today's performance.

I hope we really go for it against Newastle. I thought the formation we played with first half today was the right thing to do, but that went down the swanny, so let's just have go at them.

4-2 by the way.

But they haven't had to travel as far as us today!

It's all the domestic travel that is doing us in.

What's so infuriating? The fact that we've lost a game of football to a better team? :?

If that's true, pity about their pen as we could be chasing for a draw now.
