Forgot to mention that during the time with the academy, I was given the code to the players entrance, because I often used to have to get the kit from the treatment room to take to the games.

Used to just wander in and out. Once took a girlfriend out onto the pitch to try and impress her!

floyd__streete - Also the 01/02 season video, stuttering in front of the camera  going on about the reasons why we were top of the league (at the time).

That must be Chesterfield away when i got interviewed as well.

Done the fans verdict after Preston away on a Tuesday night and murked the club by mentioning the fact that we'd failed to win 3 games in a row all season. Nick Ive didn't let it drop until the season ended!

And of course, my legendary photo from Sheffield United away when i took my top off and had "Alan Who?" written on me. The day Compo was born!

After the final game of the 75/76 season at home to Crewe, with the crowd on the pitch screaming for the players to throw their shirts to the crowd, me and my mates went out into Norfolk Road and into the unguarded changing rooms where we managed to steal 6 (yes six) shirts between us. I had numbers 2 (Gary Peters) & 5 (Steve Hetzke) The prized number 9 (Mr. Friday ended up at a certain address in Severn Way, Tilehurst.

Also, in the early 1980's, some of the boys used to go round and shag Alan Lewis's Ex-missus!

Had a wazz standing next to Martin Williams at The Valley.

Shook Mr Mad's hand at Boothferry Park when he came for a pre match walkabout... And then tolf 1elsh Windbag he reminded me of female genitalia while we were filling up with petrol on the M1 on way back

Coached by Tommy Youlden, Bruce Stuckey and Brian Carnaby on weekly basis at school... Tommy is a top geezer

Was supposed to be fan of 70s for opening of Mad House but couldnt make it much to Dirk Gently's advantage

Got cautioned at Hillsborough for miaowing at a police dog on way to ground

Drunkenly asked Ron Grant for a lift to the station after the open top bus celebrations when we were promoted. Suprisingly he actually did. Unfortunately I can't rememer much of my ramblings to him.

On the same day had a chat with Marcus as the bus was driving through one of the queiter areas. He threw me his 'bus pass' (a paper band that the players had around their wrists) then told me it was £1.20 bus fare. I drunkenly threw £1.20 up to him in change. He caught one or two coins and I took the mick when he missed a catch.

Also done the fans verdict after our 3-0 win against Norwich in the promotion season.

I write a fans blog for the Daily Mirror too

Took (and scored) a penalty at half-time at a match a few seasons back. I think we were still in League One at the time. Against whoever the youth team keeper was at the time.

And in doing so managed to shake Boyd Butler's hand.

Pool and Darts in walk Barry Hunter and Jim McIntyre (who was absolutely w**kered) and sat on the table right next to me!!

I don't mean to belittle anything, but I doubt this one very much.

They absolutely hated each other as they did differing religious views, and regularly had punch ups.

I remember Jimmy Mac once playing with stitches above his where Hunter had nutted him.
