No problem - it just added a bit more piss taking and laughs to what was a top day out.

BTW did they just chuck your mate out or arrest him?

Barry the bird boggler
RG30 Thought the atmosphere generally on the day was excellent however wrecked IMHO by the booing of Seol.

Yes, please explain the need for that....
we were clearly hoping it would encourage him to play better.

Royal Lady I hung around for aaaages waiting for Fulham Adam to turn up and there was no sign of him and his bois.

I thought no.13 did very well today, we almost willed our goal to go in! I don't like the left side/right side song much - but credit where it's due - we all sang our hearts out.

The Championship will appreciate that.

Atmosphere was better and attendance too, it seems whenever the occassional away supporters come out the atmosphere is better.

The problem must therefore be with the non-plastic fans who travel to the far away matches - pull ourselves together why don't we.

Seriously - please ask your mums to let you travel a bit further, you did great on Saturday

I'm predicting an 'Ian Dowie/Crystal Palace' type second half of the season.

As a Tottenham supporting friend of mine said, “you’ve taken me to Reading games for over five years and this is the first time I’ve thought your fans weren’t sh*t. Shame about Fulham supporters though…â€

Spoke to one old bloke who isn't fit to stand. He missed most of the game.

Still, as long as the youth enjoyed standing why should we care?

He could have moved lower down, there were plenty of areas where people were sitting.

I moved higher up at half time so that I could stand and not irritate those around me.

Plenty of spare seats around, common sense should prevail.

Just what I was going to say. Yesterday was a rare occasion when everyone had a chance to do as they pleased. My ticket was for row 6, but as soon as I arrived I went straight to the top where I wanted to go. If people wanted to sit, they could as well.

Beer + Noise = URZ
Traffic + Queues = Library

Where URZ = 0 points and Library = 3 points

There were hundreds of spare seats in that end where he could have sat and watched the game unimpeded.

I prefer to stand, but am not ignorant enough to stand when people behind ask me to sit. However, on Saturday a large majority of fans wanted to stand.

It's not a perfect situation, but you should blame the FLA for that - not fellow football fans.

Perhaps WCH's old bloke should write to the FLA urging them to permit standing areas. That way, those who want to stand could stand together, and those who want to sit could do so without having people standing in front of them. I'm sure he feels strongly about it to do so, and until he takes action, he can't really complain.
