Kes Reading 1 - 10 (Ten) Arsenal

Agreed, whatever the score SSN will have to write Arsenals score next to the result.

Gav We're gonna get murdered

Still, onwards and upwards at City.

Would this be the city who haven't lost at home yet, versus the Reading that haven't won away?
All set for a double run-ending performance?
Lets hope so. :?

LOL, I know all that... I'm just trying to be a bit positive.

A draw at City away is still more likely than a draw vs Arsenal at home IMHO... I'm not even bothering putting victories into this equation right now.

If we do score, I just hope it's not too early - a scrappy goal scrambled in in the 89th minute will do for me.

Score too early and it'll only annoy them, and that could be fatal!

Don't be silly, we haven't scored against Arsenal at home for 20 years.

I'm with Lawro in the RTGs. I still think we can put on a good performance at home. Can't believe that even he is more positive than anyone so far on here

Every team has a bad day, I hope Arsenal's is on Monday.

Sod it, 2-0 to URZZ!

This is exaclty the sort of game Reading will surprise eveyone in.
We have always been the sort of team that can defy the odds, although sadly we've been as likely to lose the ones we were odds on to win as win the ones we ought to lose.

Arsenal should give us a lesson. But they might not. A draw will be a good result, a win for us will be an excellent one but there will be bigger shocks this season than a home win on Monday.

Like my round of golf that morning.
If:

- All my drives make the fairway - All Reading's passes find a player
- If I sink all my putts - Reading take all the chances in front of goal

Possible result:

Par - Reading 2 Arse 1

Reality

100+ - Reading 1 Arse 4

Except it doesn;t work like that

- Arsenal have slight off day and the final ball doesn;t run / Hahnemann is on form / lino is quick on the flag

- Reading get a Chelsea style lucky double deflection from a dodgy free kick

Result - 1-0 to Reading !!

did this round of golf take place on the nintendo wii by any chance?

i think we will most likely lose, though anything's possible and i hope i'm proved wrong.

my heart says 1-0 to us. my head says 3-0 to them.

Let's just pretend their Watford. A 0-0 draw is sure to follow.
