Where The Fox Hat Have also checked him out but can't find too much other than this link

It's confused the hell out of me as it states he is a defender and a striker on the same page. Add that to the above statement of being a midfielder. He is either a very good all round player or he may well be a George Weah recommendation

Jaques Francais No one has asked the vital and telling question:
Is he any good in CM/FM?

brendywendy perhaps cisse is being lined up as centre back, he is tall, quick, athletic, and defensively good.
with sonks and bikey hopefully getting some fitness and confidence at the ACN, ivar his usual self and doobs to ably fill in, plus pearce and bennett
that would leave us ok defensively in my eyes,
central midfield of harps, matejovsky, udo??!!, gunnarson, fae with bikey and cisse able to play the defensive role too, id be quite happy with that too
just the right wing that need sorting now, or is cox and henry in support of oster and little ok?

Slinky no nothing about him but it clearly shows we are out there looking and arranging things, the quiet way, the Reading way!

Oddly it sounds like we've got directly to the player without permission from the club.
Hardly 'the Reading way.' I'm guessing that it's probably just a bit lost in translation.
The 23-year-old midfielder is on loan at Boulogne and they are attempting to block his proposed switch to The Premier League, even if a deal has been agreed with his parent club Lens.
