Dirk Gently It's a nice, simple, equation that applies at every club, whether they have a "singing block" or any other artificial construct.
Tension, passion and excitement on the pitch = noise and atmosphere from the stands.
Tension, passion and excitement on the pitch against a "big" club or in a match that matters = double noise and atmosphere from the stands.
Submission or lack of passion on the pitch = no noise and atmosphere from the stands.
It really is as simple as that - and all the "singing areas," "whistling areas", "scarf-waving areas", song-sheets, drums, etc etc won't change that.

Row Z Royal Organised singing is tosh.
If you want a laugh go to an away game. You're not going to get anything like that going at the MadStad, I'm afraid.

readingfc13 On the subject if singing at the Mad Stad can the people in the NE corner please drop the the Come-on-Rea-ding chant. Its meant to be done with ferocity and passion but the way it is done there sounds shit. I have heard people in the past having ago at the lot in the Y25 saying that the songs are sung too fast but tbh thats the way it should be not like the dreary slow paced rubbish heard elsewhere and that goes for a lot of the songs. Actually make it seem like your excited ffs

It does anger me but it's probably another angry man elsewhere Which is good as the anti come-on-read-ing movement grows. I too tend not to join in with that chant which is the best way of protest. If the chant doesn't get going it won't be used again. Well I hope so anyway!brendywendyreadingfc13 On the subject if singing at the Mad Stad can the people in the NE corner please drop the the Come-on-Rea-ding chant. and it sounds like an invitation to the opposition to cum on us.
are you the angry man who hates that song, and complains whenever the drummer tries to get it going?
