Coppelled Streets It could be (& this is pure speculation too) that this is all a load of bollocks.
He could swap what he has for Premiership football or because of another agent he chooses to stay put as he's happy? Hmm.

The OS" Hammond clarifies Nwoko position
Posted on: Tue 29 Jan 2008
Following a series of media comments attributed to Malta international striker Udo Nwoko, Director Of Football Nick Hammond has set the record straight.
Nwoko is reported to have stated that he had passed a medical after a deal was agreed with his Portuguese club Leixoes, before the deal broke down over Reading's desire to involve a third party agent.
But Hammond clarified the situation by telling readingfc.co.uk, "A member of our coaching staff - Wally Downes - saw Nwoko in an international fixture for Malta and thought he would be worth a further look.
"We contacted his club Leixoes and arranged for him to spend two days training with us in January on a trial basis.
"After that trial we decided that we did not wish to pursue any interest in the player because he did not meet the required standard.
"We did not hold even preliminary discussions with Leixoes regarding a potential transfer and he did not undertake any medical examination."

The Surgeon of Crowthorne Could he have been the "A Trialist" who played in a behind closed doors friendly earlier in the season? Or was his identity established & I missed it?

Ideal Oh come on..
The maltese football team is SHIT! They are not only shit, they are beyond that, they are steaming, they reak!
Norway recently played Malta twice in the qualifiers just now, and the Maltese team were an absolute joke, and a bad one at that.
I think they were 4-0 down at half time? Can't remember, they were so incredibly poor.
They have one good fotballer, Mifsud, and that's it! The others barely look like a pub team, they'd struggle to play for Burton Albion.
If there's any truth to this rumour I will be very disappointed with the standard of our scouting strategies.

Mad Aussie Royal reading will not sign nwoko because lita didnt leave.
Idealroyaldownunder Wow, you really need to get laid.
I get laid all the time, I live with an 18yo blonde
That still does not change the fact that the Maltese national side is a bunch of useless wasters with only one good player (Mifsud) in the side.
