Victor MeldrewBR2 At the moent on betfair we are 6.8 to be relegated.
We are 2.12 to win tomorrow's game.
There is probably some mileage in backing both to the right stakes,i.e more on the win bet.
If Reading win tomorrow there is a profit plus an ongoing free bet on relegation.
If we don't win tomorrow or draw the relegation odds will shorten so you could lay-off the relegation bet and make a profit.
Nothing to do with what you think might happen, just an opportunity to make a few bob.
FWIW we are now 4.2,much the same as Sunderland and Wigan.
Birmingham are 2.7.
If Fulham beat Villa in a moment expect the other prices to shorten otherwise there should be little change amongst us and the rest.
If I were a neutral I would regard Reading as a value bet for relegation.

Skin Here's how you win £3000. no risk.
Put £1000000 on Derby relegation @ 1/1000. Put £1000 on Reading relegation @ 3/1. (Corals have these odds).
You will get your £1000 back off the Derby bet, the rest is money for nothing.

Until Birmingham, Wigan and Fulham are confirmed to have played ineligible players and have enough points deducted to let Derby survive.

Alan Partridge  Obvious really wasn't it?!!!
Lesson Learnt. Never gamble!!
Edit. Not so it seems.
It's paid out to me £222.10 but not the £322.05 for getting York as well.
