Friday Sportsweek 07 03

by TFF » 05 Mar 2008 12:37

Right Andy, time to step up to the plate.

We need someone from the management team on who can tell us why Lita has gone on loan to Charlton when since Christmas he is the only one of our strikers who has demonstrated (albeit in the reserves) that he knows where the goal is.

None of this "match fitness" rubbish either - the real reason. Please.

Thanks.

Like they're going to tell us! Good try though. I sense that they're finding it harder and harder to find anyone from the club to appear on this programme nowadays.

Don't worry, requests were made as soon as Lita's loan was announced.

Realistically, we may have to make do with Steve Coppell and John Madejski's recorded thoughts on Lita.

Confirmed to take your questions and comments is Ulisses de la Cruz. The club are not putting any first teamers up for interview the night before the game.

Andy

DLC,

What's the best thing about living in Winnersh?

Would you like to sponsor me? http://www.justgiving.com/boardfreegoodwood

What do you think of second rate BBC hacks who can't spell your name correctly?

As you full name is Ulises Hernán de la Cruz Bernoid, can we call you Bernard?

What's your favorite Cruz? Penelope, Tom, or Two weeks in the Mediteranian.

Cheers
Cheery

Ulisses
Do you see yourself moving on next season to get more games or would you be happy to stay on if required to fight for your place?
Regards
Steve Coppell

Uleeysees
Does it annoy you when people spell your name wrong?
Regards
Larry the lamb lover, Bagshot

Ulyses
I read that there's an area of Ecuador which has produced more international footballers per square foot than anywhere else in the world, presumably all Ecuadorian internationals. Why is this and do you think Reading FC should send a scout out there?
Regards
Brian McDermot

Ulises

How is the Funde Crus going these days? What else have you been able to build in the village? Is there anything else that Reading fans can do to support this?

Ulises,

Your goal against Sheffield United was my favourite goal of last season. Had your scored a goal before that and if so, had you scored a better one?

Imagine in five to ten years time, when you've retired from football you get a call asking you to take part in a short club competition for retired pro's...... Which team would you opt to represent, Aston Villa, Reading or someone else.

Why were you named Ulysses? Did your parents think Odysseus just sounded a bit silly and so went for the latin version?

What's it like being a UN ambassador, bet there are no other UN ambassadors still playing football!

To be fair, I too have an irrational hatred of people called Keith.
