Cookie "The Royals' best effort in the opening exchanges came when Liam Rosenior crossed accurately from the left only for Sean Long to direct his close-range header over the bar."

That's the BBC again.

At least Sean scores

The Ties today has Long cutting the goal back for Doyle to score the first. Also, Reading had someone called Hartin goal in the first half, anyone notice that?

Saw that Paul Kitson's back on Sky Text...

Kind of unrelated, but Charlie Nicolas referred to Man City as Portsmouth at one point on SS yesterday, cue the rest of the pundits having a rippin' good laugh.

Referring to Glen Little:
A right winger with pace and guile...

Half-correct, anyway.

In the comments:
"My mistake, weird brain lapse there. Purhaps my brain made the link between him and the other ginge in the Premiership and formed some kind of horrid hybrid. Thats a scary thought. And it's all if and buts, but 3 points from 27 speaks volumes buddy."

"It is actually 6 points from 27"

 They can't get anything right!
