Arsenal tickets arrived in the post this morning, Row 20. Ordered them online on Tues, so not too bad.

Well done RFC for plumping for the full allocation of Arsenal away tickets, and well done Number 13 for your response: I believe we have a sell-out.

(Will be watching on TV myself; plumped for the Wigan match as our next away game so as to free up 2 Emirates seats for those unable to travel far. Have to admit I'm regretting it now!)

I know that the club changed their mind, but I still think the following is worthy of a hearty LOL

Original Ticket Office e-mail to H&P Thank you for comments. However we can not justify asking for 3000 tickets if there is a risk that we will not sell all of the tickets as the club would have to pay for any unsold tickets.

Every away match this season has reached general member card sale, and that includes Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool. If the club had been taking a larger away support to our other away games this season and the demand had been high we could justify asking for the full allocation for Arsenal.

Does anybody know roughly how many tickets for Newcastle are still available? Are we taking the full allocation or just the 1500 odd?

They're not sold out yet according to the OS.

it amazes me how arsenal sells out so fast considering its 3,000 allocation yet other games are less allocation and dont sell out as quick!

Here's a few reasons for you:

1. One of the closest away trips
2. A game against one of the best clubs in the country
3. A game that sold out at 541 points+ last season

Not really that surprising.

Update, I've been to the TO this morning. We have sold out the initial allocation of 1400, but the club have requested another 500 from Newcastle.

 I didn't expect that. I'm surprised there has been sufficient demand.

Aly Murty Arsenal tickets arrived in the post this morning, Row 20. Ordered them online on Tues, so not too bad.

Might just be above pitch level that far back at the Emirates, shocking view in the lower tier for a modern stadium.
