Franchise FC
Old Biscuitman At least we can't have another eight game run - defeats or wins

Really - How about one win already and seven to come ?

Oh bugger - am I allowed to Dodd myself ?

Yes, but only if you are a consenting adult and in the privacy of your own home!

Think this poll should allow you to modify your original vote. That would give a fairer impression of what people think currently re: who's going down...

At the moment it just gives an impression of what we all thought three weeks ago. Things have changed an awful lot since then. When I selected Bolton back then it was more in hope than in expectation. Now it looks very likely. Newcastle's form has picked up considerably as has ours in the last couple of weeks...

Even 3 weeks ago the fact that people thought they were the 2nd most likely team to go down is laughable

They have so much quality compared to the likes of bolton, wigan, sunderland and even brum...there was no way they would go down

True but three weeks ago Newcastle was the proverbial sinking ship. The win on saturday was their first in 14 premier league games. If that's not relegation form I don't know what is.

I still didn't think they would go down though...

You've never read SMB then.

An outsider looking in would probably find our board a bit odd!

I found the Sunderland lot OK when we went up there to see the mighty Royals many years ago. They made us very welcome, and since then I've always had a lot of time for them.

However, can't stand the current Sunderland manager, and would love to see them go down!

Strangely enough I hated Keane as a player but quite like him as a manager - he seems quite balanced and fair.

Really. I never hated him as a player; but I do as a manager. Just because he was a world-class player he thinks he is a world class manager. He has pissed away £20m on crap!!!

Just a shame we didn't help him make it £27million.

Yeah, we'd be doing a hell of a lot better with Convey on the left wing and no cover what so ever.

True but when he admitted to the revenge tackle on Alf Inge Haaland in his autobiography I thought he should've been punished as severely as possible, there's no place for that in football and a life ban would've been suitable to keep that utter oxf*rd out of the game in my opinion. Bad tackles happen but to admit to trying to hurt a player that badly (and succeeding) is different. I realise this is far too idealistic to ever work but still...
