2-1 Reading.

We go in 1-0 at half time as Doyle finally breaks his duck in the 28th minute. A Shorey free-kick decieves everyone after 53mins and floats in at the far post for 2-0.

Bentley pulls a goal back for Blackburn after 76mins and we have a nervous last 15 holding on by the skin of our teeth.

2-1 royals. Hopefully santa clause won't be playing, and that Bentley is having an off day! Would love to see Doyle get on the score sheet, and equally love to see Oster score to shut up some of the nobs on this site. He certainly isnt the best player in the prem, but he is being picked and can only do the best he can; which in all fairness isnt as bad as a lot of you are making out.

Sund and Brum have a good chance of 3 points a piece, so a win would be very nice. Luckily Bolton have a tough one (please Arsenal win a game!).

1-0 to Reading. I'm being hugely optimistic.

Would be well satisfied with a draw and I think we could cope with a loss if we have to.

Has all the prospects if being a good match this one, I like Blackburn, good manage, good players and a team that never give up and nothing like the "dirty" tag that was bounced around them a couple or so years ago, to me a very similar set up and mentality to ours, but this is a match where for once over the last few weeks the pressure isnt quite as much as it has been and I can see a free flowing match, why be defensive that wont suit either side !!

Reading 0 Blackburn 1

RFC fail to score - not even with Bikey's head. Looks to be heading for 0-0 but then Blackburn scramble a goal. RFC labour hard to get the goal back in the last 10-15 minutes but it never really looks like coming to much. Uncomfortable Premiership table viewing on Sunday and anxious analysis of remaining fixtures to follow.

3-2 Reading win. Oster drives home the goal that answers all his critics with a powerful deflection off his arse, kisses his shirt and shags Kingsley by the corner flag. Later post match claims that the goal was only possible as he is a 'technical player' not like those harum scarum types that dash around the field all day wasting energy that could be devoted to a nice game of darts later.

You heard it here first. Go on uRzzz!

I think it's about Doyle scored, so I might put him down as first goal scorer if I'm having a punt.

2-1 Reading

We give away a goal as Marcus' view is blocked by a giant inflatable penis, an inflatable sheep and an inflatable JCB thrown by the Blackburn fans....

Cold, wet & miserable and that is just the Reading fans in the South stand.

With the team playing like an express train at home, that ways makes a stop at the Mad Stad to pick up Oster as a passenger, we experience a nail biting riding of terror as struggle to get the ball down and play.

Bentley trys to win the game on his own just once to often gets tired and drifts out of the action.

Amazing 85th minute changes by our manager wins us the game 1-0 and even some of the fans are still in the stadium to celebrate when the ref blows for the final whistle

I just can't see Reading being 8 points clear of the relegation zone with six games left come 5pm on Saturday.

2-1 away win, still no goal for Doyle

Lets hope Arsenal sort their ropey league form out, starting this weekend; I have a feeling Bolton will nick a point. Birmingham and Sunderland both have very winnable home games :|

Come on Derby

1-2

thought Blackburn looked a great side last year, and they seem to have pressed on. Although we have improved lately, I think it'll need a big performance to get anything from this. Hope I'm completely wrong!

Reading 2-1 Blackburn (Doyle 27, Shorey 63 - Santa Cruz 55)

Not much chance of a European place, no chance of going down so Blackburn have less to play for than Reading. Will be a Man City type game, except Blackburn will be more committed and a better quality team so it will need a good performance. 1-0 up at half time with Doyle's first goal with his feet (if I keep saying this it will come true one week  ), Santa Cruz equalises and Shorey scores the winner from a freekick in the second half. Nervous last 10 minutes but we win to make ourselves almost safe...

Probably lose 2-0 now I've said that.
