Kes Why don't you have one seller at either end of the concourse and one in the middle? Instead of standing where people queue up for food and causing more mayhem.
Ave a word!

I've emailed them that idea before, when I had such japes with flat lager and no fosters dollies.
I got a very polite reply. They really haven't acted on it though.

Hugo Boss To be fair, the wine is usually pretty chilled and as it has a lid on it, you know you're actually getting something alcoholic and "fresh" so to speak. I can honestly say those pints in the concourse are the worst i've ever drunk.
On a side note, was it me or did they have loads of extra staff working on Saturday?? Certainly seemed so in the Norf.

I'd imagine they make they most sales from people who are in the queue to buy beer - unless people know that they're going to be in the quiet areas then no-one will go down there looking for beer.

Royal Lady Also, perhaps someone from the catering company could explain to their staff how to make a lager shandy? We were stood waiting ages behind some bloke who'd ordered a pint of lager shandy and it took FOUR people behind the bar to work it out. Even then, they put a half pint glass under the beer dispenser, together with pint glasses. They filled up all the glasses, so half a pint went straight down the drain.
