Doubt that it will change things too much, but I'm pretty sure Adebayor is suspended (5th booking on Sunday).

Que Walcott hatrick and the Sun claiming him as the next saviour of the England team.

Wrong

You only get a suspension for 5 bookings if you get those bookings before the end of January
You also get a suspension for 10 bookings if you get those bookings before the end of March
And if you reach 15 bookings between the end of the season you get "invited" to the FA to discuss your indisicipline.

Alan Partridge should be a good one this week.

I am seeing an Arsenal exhibition similar to the game at the Madhouse last season where they got bored at 4-0.

I thought they got bored at 1-0 and limited themselves then

Team_Of_Kevin_Doyles Arsenal 0-1 Reading (Kitson 84)

We thought 0-0 at Old Trafford was a miracle.

Man Friday 11-1. Going down in style. No one will forget us after 7-4, 6-4 and then this. People will forget Derby's low points record and talk about how we crumbled (like biscuits(men)) for years to come.
We'll be famous at last!!! Sorry, delirium has set in. Take him away nurse.

Could this mean that if we could find a catchy tune associated with biscuits that could stick with the fans and remind all of our record breaking year that we could then end another of RFCs problems highlighted in another long running post.

Arsenal 6 (2) - (1) 1 Reading

Reading to go 2-0 down in the first 20 minutes before coming back to 2-1 on about the 30 minute mark. Arsenal come out in the second half , play ok but without anything special , whilst Reading fall to pieces. Final whistle goes , players don't applaud the fans again , HNA? becomes a bit of a doom monger's hell hole , and Reading fall into 17th.

I think the players would have done their fair share of monging doom, thanks.

That told me.

Personally, I'm not that fussed if we lose, after all it's what we all expect. I will be more annoyed by the fact that I doubt we will even have a go at them, instead we will sit in our own half and meekly surrender 2 or 3-0.

We would we surrender? Save Derby, we have the worst goal difference in the league. I'd be very surprised if we lie down and stop attacking.

I thought that the home game against Arsenal this year was one of our most frustrating performances of the season. We just sat off them at let them play it around, I don't think we put in a single decent challenge.

As cliched as it may be, the way the stop Arsenal is the get in their faces and disrupt them, get them annoyed. I'm not sure if we're capable of doing that, particularly in light of our tackle-shy midfield.

North Somerset Royal Having lost to MU and now doomed to finish this season without a trophy AW will be keen to show critical guners that he was right not to spend megabucks in the transfer window and that they are title contenders deprived of honours only by incompetent refereeing. He will take this opportunity to go all out for a record breaking 8-0 win. Our players will only be interestedin who is going to get which Arsenal shirt.

Got it ! Lets get all the lads to swap shirts before the kick off then Reading will hammer the bastads...........( just an idea )

The Surgeon of Crowthorne We haven't got remotely close to Arsenal in the last 4 attempts so I see no reason for this to change. 5-0 to them & the nil will flatter us.

Arsenal 2-1 Reading

That was a close score line :D

We scored with about 15 minutes to go, before that they pissed all over us and could've scored about 6. Scoreline was close but the game wasn't really.

Reading 1 - Arse 0 (Lita 80)

Lita is recalled and starts alongside Kitson. Little and Convey start on the wings with Bikey and Cisse as the central defensive pairing. A tight back and forth game sees us break through with 10 minutes left and hold on for three precious points.
