brendywendy but micah richards is seen as the future CB for england isnt he
leaving a slot for our liam

i like the bloke
thouroughly good proffessional,
ive not seen anything the bloke has said that ive thought was wrong, or ill advised
should be up for the captaincy next season in my book

Not sure if you were joking about captaincy material but after hearing his post match interview on Saturday I thought the same.
He was thoughtful reflective and not panicking about our position. He gave a very positive slant on our prospects, without sounding as though he was reading out the usual soundbites and it sounded, quite frankly, uplifting

Nothing wrong with Rosenior's media personality at all.
He's seems perfectly respectful, confident and out-going.

If I'm going to say one thing, Bikey's communication with Rosenior on the pitch needs to improve.
But it will.

He's certainly been brought up to a media savvy young man.

Whether or not he's as good a leader and organiser as he is a media spokesman remains to be seen.

I happen to think that, amongst the current crop of players Harper appears to be the natural heir to Murty's armband. Whether or not any od those three will be mainstays in future Reading sides remains to be seen though.

Liam has received alot of media attention the last week as we played his old team.

However I agree with others, in all the interviews I have read/ heard/ seen he seems professional, positive and happy to be here.

I'm happy he's here too :)

royal.badger Every time I open a newspaper, look on the internet, listen to the radio, watch sky sports news, look at teletext he has got something else to tell me about this club !!!
I wish he would shut it for five minutes and get on with learning how to cross a ball and not panic and shit himself every time he gets across the half way line.
Perhaps he's the only player currently willing to speak to the press now that Dave Kitson realises every time he mouths off to the media the article will start "Convicted drunk driver Dave Kitson says....".

Wasn't his dad, Leroy Rosenior one of the commentators for Five Live on Saturday?

Does that mean Liam is Rosenior Junior?

He's at it again!

all about 'save of the season' When in reality, it was a keeper making a bit of a meal over a pretty tame effort IMO.

As long as he’s not criticising the team or disgracing himself in nightclubs, who cares what he says? He’s young, talented and hardworking.

We need more players like Rosenior, not fewer.

It wasn't as good as Rosenior has made it out to be, was a good stop agreed, but save of the season and all that, nah. Wasn't remotely near the corner and I thought Cerny made a bit of a meal of it.

any excuse to cover up no goal for 10 hours or whatever it is now.

Both the keepers in my family reckoned it was a very good save.

Worse still, like Archie's penalty miss at Wembley it is now indelibly printed in my mind. I think it highly likely that it will prove to be the precise moment that the odds turned right against us in our fight for PL survival.

Had Rosenior's shot hit the back of the net, which it looked like it was going to until the keeper somehow clawed it away, I reckon we would have got a point against Spurs. A win at Derby would then have secured our survival. The moment Cerny clawed the ball away, our eventual fate was taken out of our hands and placed in those of Pompey and Fulham.

I'm not surprised Liam's making a meal out of it - it was the only decent thing he did all game.

Roseniors ability was summed up when he tried to knock a ball down the line to another reading player and he kicked it straight out.

I dont think he slipped on Saturday though - he actually went to ground thinking Keane was gonna shoot. Should and could have stayed on his feet and then Spurs wouldn't have scored...
