SpaceCruiser The only team I can think of who has had a successful transition from non-league to the Football League in recent years is Yeovil. I doubt Aldershit could do it. As you're being your usual negative twattish self if you belief we'll be dropping like a stone.

SpaceCruiser Aren't Carlisle, Doncaster, Barnet and Shrewbury returning teams, rather than brand new teams new to the Football League?

Rushden and Macclesfield had back to back promotions.

Carlisle, Doncaster, I'd say BArnet have done alright considering their resources. Morecamabe too have had a great season. Shrewsbury too have done pretty well before this season.

I seem to recall that Rushden immediately went into freefall back to the non-league!

just like the good ol days before the friendlies thenKes Did anyone go to the 'friendly' quite a few seasons back now? Lots of bricks thrown and plenty of trouble.
There was no real segregation in the ground either.
