exactly - the Premier League is where we should all want this club to be, whether we plan on shelling out the money for season tickets and going to games at weird times because of the added interest from sky. but if we go down it's not the end of the world.
if we went down to leauge one after that i'd call that a disaster - going down now will just be a disappointment because we could and should have avoided it..... but hopefully it won't come to that and maybe this scrape will make mr mad realise you have to speculate a little more than he has done so far - not to accumulate - but just to keep up with the rest of the league

londinium Of course I mind... otherwise...what the hell is the point!!!
If we stay up we may well find us in the situation at this season, but it is what we all strive for...top flight football.
If we go down then there are two scenarios... firstly we end up mid to top half of table a la Watford, Shef Utds and Charlton... I wouldnt want that.
Or, scenario two.... we end up romping the league or are in top two all season and go back up only to find ourself in the same situation... so what is the point??
Prem is where we all want to be and then build from there, I have seen us struggle in the lower leauges for years, I have seen us both do really well and also struggle in the second tier many a time. I have seen 1 good and 1 bad season in the top flight of English football. I want to see more of that please.
