Wigan Prediction Thread

I have this funny feeling we'll go and turn them over quite easily. Dunno why......perhaps I need more medication.

Wigan (0) 1

Reading (1) 3

1-1, we take the lead with our only shot on target through a recalled Lita and try desperately to hang on.

Heskey equalises with 20 to go and Wigan hit the bar in the last 5 mins....

Wigan 2 - 0 Reading - we never do well at the JJB and I can't see this changing this season. Let's just hope B'ham don't win or draw.

Something has to drastically change for us to go to Wigan and win. Their home record is what has them relatively safe and they don't concede many at home; they only have two more away points than Reading

Wigan 2-0 Reading.

Birmingham to get a draw vs Liverpool ladies.

Based on the fact that Wigan have not lost a home game for 3 months, and the fact that we have won onlt once on our travels all season and playing shite, I think it will be a staright forward Wigan.

Wigan 2 - 0 Reading

Go along with this, a drab uneventful game settled by a scrappy goal.

We're not playing well, but on the grounds that we weren't playing well before Boro, and that Wigan aren't really that good, we can nick it. Long ball tactics will suit the rubbish pitch, so we'll be at home. Heskey isn't the fastest, so we should be able to marshall him in defence. Maybe something like 2-1 to us. Hopefully.

Have to agree with the majority here. Don't see much hope in this one. Probably the most critical factor this weekend is which team Benitez decides to field.

Matejovsky and Little supplying Lita and Kitson = loads of narrowly missed opportunities.

And one precious, precious away goal.

0-1

Kids, this is why we won't touch drugs or alcohol, it clouds judgement.
mods, leave this here as a prime example to the kids of what happens when you abuse said substances. Thanks.
