Jerry St Clair Fascinating. Craig Maskell had a strike rate of 1 in 3?
And I seem to recall Steve Blatherwick playing far more than 7 games. Thought he was excellent.

Super Kevin Bremner! Maskell was quality. Good feet in the box, them was the days when teletext and 15 minute updates on Radio 210 was the extent of the coverage available!

Same.
He was instrumental in the 2-1 victory over Wolves at EP I seem to recall.. superb flick on for Archie's 2nd.

JC Isn't it strange how some players you remember well only played a relatively small number of games.
To me the following seemed to play a lot more games
Jason Bowen 15
Keith Curle 40
Colin Gordon 24
Uwe Hartenburger 24
Terry Hurlock 29
Tommy Jenkins 21
Andy Legg 12
Bobby Mikhailov 24
Simon Osborn 32
Billy Whitehurst 17
Then you have a player like Jerry Williams with 309!
The mind does play funny tricks

ElmParker LEE David CD 91-92 On loan from Chelsea 5 games 5 goals
Of all the players who promised something while at Reading, his failure to make the grade is still the most mysterious to me. The word imperious could have been invented for his sweeping.

I thought our plan at 85 minutes was "send him up front" and he bullied Wolves around a bit.
Wasn't he merely here on loan?

dobcheck I would just like to concur with the Craig Maskell was rubbish comments , was he a club record signing at one time?
