Very near...far away Will we score another goal this season?

Lita's back and with his record ... we can bank on it.

Liverpool

* 25 Reina
* 03 Finnan
* 04 Hyypia
* 37 Skrtel
* 06 Riise
* 16 Pennant
* 47 Plessis
* 21 Lucas
* 11 Benayoun
* 15 Crouch
* 10 Voronin

The only player I've not heard of is Plessis. Half of that team played midweek, as far as I can see.

cmonurz
Royal Lady Birmingham 2 up, but hey cmonurz the Liverpool team is FAR superior to that of Birmingham. :roll:

It is, without question. But Birmingham have gone hell for leather for a victory, and look like they have earned a critical 3 points. In contrast, we dropped half our side last week at Arsenal, resigned to coming away with 0 points. Complacent RFC, and complacent fans blaming other clubs for the dire position we find ourself in.
I don't recall Arsenal dropping all but one of their outfield players.

It isn't even so much that they've dropped so many players, it's that according to reports, the Liverpool players don't give a toss.

Unless.....Peter Crouch!

For about the THIRD time in this thread, I'm not blaming others for our position in the league - I'm perfectly aware that our failings in the transfer market and on the pitch and in some of the team selection has put us where we are, but I still maintain that Liverpool are playing a much weakened team which has given Birmingham a get-out clause at our expense.

Yes you are, you are blaming Liverpool for providing Birmingham with the means to go above us in the table. That Liverpool side should be capable of winning at Birmingham.

Exactly, all squad/first teamers except Plessis who is a promising midfielder, and has played a couple of times this season anyway.

We're waiting for Liverpool to pull their finger out, apparently.

Nevermind that we can go 16th by scoring 1 goal.

Are Liverpool playing their strongest team? NO. Therefore it is a WEAKENED team, as I said in the beginning.

How can you forget Oster's cross in that game. The one that wasn't a shot but had its own thread.
