Tottenham Prediction Thread

by Kitson12 » 01 May 2008 11:23

I'm going for a home win, just...Bolton will lose, and Birmingham will draw with Fulham.

3-1 to the Royals
Kitson 26, Lita 45+2, Doyle 77
Berb 33 for them.
Att: 24,011

A point at Derby will then do just fine!

i swing from blinding optimism, to crushing defeatism from day to day

but today im going for a 3-2 home win
we go 2-0 down, get back to 2-2 through kitson and bikey, and lita scores in the last minute.

I'm going for a win as we need one 2-1, followed by a nervy time watching Bolton-Sunderland at 5.15....

I predict horrible tension followed by sickening disappointment.

Poor form is bad, but internal disharmony is a killer.

Reading 1 Spurs 2

Lita to put Reading ahead, everyone to start singing 'we are staying up' Spurs score twice in the last 20mins and it's cya.

Fulham to beat Bham 2-1 and they go above us and Bolton to beat Sunders 1-0.

You missed out 'after Coppell takes off goalscorer Lita and Glen Little to try and see out the game and brings on Shane Long to miscontrol the ball back to the opposition because we're having too much of it and De La Cruz.

i think if we take the lead, Spurs wont be busting to get a goal back, why should they........ nothing to play for.

as we cant seem to score at the momemt i'm thinking 1-0 at best, Bikey header

I think Lita will be the shining star of the day, and hopefully that'll encourage the rest of the team to get into them.

This is the key, I think. We score first, they go into dreamland looking forward to a sun, sea, sand, sex and sangria-filled summer. They score first, our heads go down, they decide to relax and enjoy their football.

For once, we need to make early pressure pay at home - it's not happened yet this season (exception Liverpool, maybe), then we might actually get a good 2-0 win.

Lawro's gone for a 2-0 win for us. I hate to agree with him but that what I fancy too if SC picks the HNA consensus team.

Surely this will be a classic low scoring match went we won't know who is going to win and we won't find out right till the end when the attendance is slightly less than 15,000

I think 1-0 to the Spurs, Darren Bent with a late winner

The remaining plastic fans boo the team off forgetting that this is the same team that up until recently has served us so well.
