Woop, lets rest our best player over the last 4 games, lets take away our only attacking winger, It seems like Coppell wants us to lose, please say I'm wrong.

i guess oster's in for doyle to make sure we keep some width. maybe doobs in for bikey because he's likely to make a mistake?
it should be enough to beat derby though. should be.

You're wrong but I'm left scratching a hole in my bald head over Bikey (and Marek).

No Long either!

Let's just say he's gone for experience over youth.

No earnshaw for Derby which is good news.

Can't help thinking Savage and Ghaly will have us in midfield though :|

With the selection no Bikey, Rosenior out, Oster in are we all missing something here in that the club don't want to stay in this league ? has the financial ramifications frightened them out of it ...................just wierd ......................but we wont know for another two hours..............and if we don't make it the club will never explain its transfer policy, if we have one that is ?? or any reason why we havent made a decent effort to stay in this league.

Portsmouth have included Defoe, Kanu, Utaka, Kranjcar & Distin... at least it's a good team

Kevin Doyles Right Foot No Bikey is a disgrace

 And who would you leave out to accommodate the the one-paced, red-mist liability?!? Apart from the Welsh right-winger, I am struggling to think of anyone else in the starting XI who could do worse than the Bike.

Or did you miss out a comma?

Well that's been the weak point all season but I do think we need Marek in there to create something. We've got to score.

Redknapp has said he will play full strength team, and they'll definitely be looking for a win

Defoe was always going to play though because he's cup tied.

apparently they're playin 3-5-2, with gally out wide... hopefully a different formation to what we expected won't oxf*rd us over again

Doyle hasn't been effective at RW (or anywhere for that matter). Oster is the only real alternative. I'm a bit puzzled about Bikey too, but maybe SC like the Doobs-Ivar partnership. It hasn't been bad. No way Harper was going to be dropped for a game as big as this. Other than Bikey instead of Doobs, I'd have thought it was a pretty expected line-up.

Defoe's cup tied so he's not going to hold back. I fancy him to nick one today, but will it be enough?

Exactly. But Savage especially if he is on form i think he would run rings round Harper and Marek, hopefully i'm wrong.

I'm expecting a 2-0 win though.
