I'm not sure that you can. You can download something like SopCast and watch it.

Both the BBC Radio Berkshire and Reading 107 sites are not broadcasting their live commentaries online - much to my annoyance. You could try RFC's official site commentary but you might have to sign up to their Reading World thing
