Gutted that Ecuador's Pele is leaving - his goal against Sheff Utd last season will live in the memory for a long time!!

All the best, John-O.

Lots of talent but inconsistent as hell. Please don't turn it on just for next you're at the Mad!

A vacancy now exists with the departure of Johnny 'scapegoat' Oster.

Bye Bye DLC, all the best for the future. Hardly let us down, solid squad player. The rest all had to go, not good enough.

I do wonder why he didn't play much this season.

I shall continue to wear my DLC shirt with pride.

It's the only one I've ever seen at games

It is worrying that the player we decided to play on the wing during our run in was valued by the club at £0. Makes you wonder how much the subs were worth.

So, uh, who made these decisions to release these players while the status of the manager is in limbo? Was it Coppell...even though he could be leaving anyway? Is this a sign that Coppell is staying? What if he leaves, and the new manager would have wanted to keep these players?

Feel sorry for Oster. I always supported him but with Little, Kebe and Henry at the club it is the correct decision. Sorry to see Dela go too. I know he was only a reserve but he never complained and I was proud to have a man like him representing our club. Interesting that Scott Davies has been offered a contract; I would have thought that the jump from Conference to Championship would be too big. I guess Ben Hamer will be our number two while Federici is away at the Olympics.

right decisions to start the ins and outs this off season

doobs, and little spot on,

the rest fair enough, loved DLC but its probably right, great pro, and thouroughly nice chap
and oster-well-he finally got his chance this year to stake a claim to teh right wing-blew warm and cold.
but thanks for the time, and the help in the last three seasons

It's not that he's valued at £0, his contract comes to an end in June and he won't be offered a new deal.

Correct. Him being worthless is just a coincidence.

Looks that way but ther eisn't a manager out there that would have kept those players in all honesty. Now they'll try and offload Sodje, Bennett and a few others.

Coppell's decision on his future.

Then some of the major transfers.

Just looking through the squad; does anyone know the contract situation with Curtis Osano, Scott Golbourne, Mikkel Andersen, Simon Church, Jem Karacan, Bozanic and Illugason? I'm sure some of them have/had contracts running out this season but there doesn't seem to be a mention on any of them on the club's website.
