Agreed. Now that the management issue is resolved (for now) I am starting to look forward rather than back.

Although if when the fixtures come out we have to go to Oakwell first game of the season it will be a bit of a reality check.

I'd love Oakwell 1st game, i've been waiting nearly a year to see Reading at a new ground since Swansea away in the league cup, and Oakwell is the only confirmed new ground for next season (Although I am looking forward to seeing the redeveloped Bloomfield Road)

Doncaster would be good too!

Bit early to be excited. I'm waiting to see the new fixture list.

But are you excited about the fixture list? It's not too early to be excited by that.

Right a new beginning for me; my gripes about lack of investment, poor tactics and a dithering manager are all put aside for the new season. As far as I am concerned the club now has a completely clean slate to work off, the honeymoon in the big time is over and it is back to the hard graft.

Good luck to SC and the boy’s for the new season.

Palace at home, Sunny afternoon, beer prices cut by 25% to come into line with tickets, 2-1 win with Kitson's 89th minute penalty, Colin moaning about top profile games having inexperienced refs.

Who needs the Premiership. :D

You wait until it's Derby the first day. Then we'll all realise we're in the Championship...
