Agree. File under "tourettes", "alzheimers" & "ME" as made up conditions.

Oh fcuk, I can't fcuking believe you just fcuking said that c*nting shit.

Sorry.

For once (and I can't believe I'm saying this...), I agree with you. That comment made me as mad as you sound. If Vision was on a fishing quest, then it was in poor taste. Like fishing with dynamite, it's just not cricket.

Sarah Star Oh, just something I picked out of the wardrobe.

Why?

The last time I answered this question I regretted it. Don't know why I'm bothering this time except that I'm bored.

I don't think you need to agree with him. It was just a poor quality tourettes joke wasn't it?

If Harper goes I dread to think what our opening day midfield will look like. :|

6 weeks? He should be fit again late July/early August shouldn't he? Maybe just in time for the new season!

No because once he comes back from the initial injury he has to build himself up again and that could take a number of weeks. If Harps was to go and hunt to stay this could be our opening day midfield. Little,cisse,hunt,convey...

Starting from a high level of fitness it's not going to take him long to get right, especially as he'd presumably not be totally inactive for 6 weeks.

Hampshire Royal I can't stand dyslexic jokes. They're not clever and they're not furry.

Know what you mean. I once went to a toga party dressed as a goat

I would not mind seeing it like this and giving James Henry a chance.....Henry,Cisse,Harper (if he stays, maybe Bikey if he goes???), Hunt/Convey

Apparantly Czech Republic want to operate on injury whereas Reading medical team say injury can be treated by intemse physiotherapy. Do I smell another Sonko/Little saga with this one!!
I hope Coppell doesn't dither over this one and has a suitable replacement lined up--how about Ben Watson? Folly to start the season without Marek and Harper (assuming he goes)

It has nothing to do with the Czechs though ! They have no day over how a player is treated and wouldn;t be addressing the issue in the same way as us anyway. I hope we tell them to butt out and don;t go near our player !!

Ideal If he has torn an ankle ligament and they operate, then he gets to retain the use of that ligament.
If they don't operate, and go with the RFC "intense physio treatment" option, in theory other ligaments/muscles in the ankle strengthen and take over. A friend of mine had that suggested to him, just "wait and see and it will get better", and he says his ankle was never the same.

Clearly the best option is to operate, and not operating is something only an idiot would choose as the best option.

.. and your medical qualification to make this sweeping statement (not having seen the injury or the patient) is ....?
